Even if the result is quite good, I do not see any particular improvement over the original skx design, that imho is an instant classic, especially now that is no longer in production.
If you do not like the mm200 just sell it and keep the stock skx

I have a mm200 and a modded skx, so it was a simple swap.

 

Looks great! I bought a MM200 because I wanted an "upgraded" SKX. My only complaint is that the lugs are a bit long on the SPB077 and you've solved that. Now, get a nice coin edge bezel and a ceramic insert and admire your handy work!

 

I've just that, coin edge bezel, ceramic lumed insert, tucked away in a drawer. I quickly tried it but prefer the old school aluminium insert of the skx.

 

Robbing a MM200 to upgrade an SKX is a bit rad but it looks nice so congratulations.

 

Yeah, it wasn't my intention to mod when I originally purchased the mm200, but when you've got all the parts and it only takes 10 minutes...plus I can always revert back to original.

Looks great - I agree w/ you on the aluminum insert, it has a nice understated look compared to how shiny most ceramic inserts are.

 

Any chance you'd want to sell the guys of the MM200? Case bezel and insert?

I'm usually not at all impressed by mods, but I actually like what you did here. Maybe because it's such a subtle change.

If it were me I'd probably swap the SKX hands back on... or get some matte finish turtle hands.

 

Or some MM300 hands (OEM set will cost close to $100 so maybe just cheap AM ones will do).

 

It's no surprise the swap was straightforward, the 6R15 is an extension of the 7S/4R/6R line up.

I added a day wheel to a 6R15 to make it a day + date and dropped it into an NOS SKX009 case.

 

if i had a mm200 I'd not swap it into an skx... I actually have both.. I like my MM200 the way it is (in my case SPB105J1 in glorious green and a stock look on my SKX's) .. I haven't really seen many SKX mods that really did it for me personally...

Unfortunately, the MM200 moniker now covers two completely different models. I agree with @atarione regarding the SPB105. I have myself the SPB185, it's completely untouched, and the case is fantastic in looks and fit. The 'older' MM200 didn't do it for me on wrist, hence the swap into the skx case. I no longer have the 'old' mm200 and Namoki mods have a case similar to the spb 185/187 so the original skx now resides in that.
