Well, after trolling around these boards for some months now, after many reviews read, photos flipped through and drool wiped off my chin, I have officially been bit by the bug. I'm still new to this whole scene, and I'm slowly learning , but i just thought i'd share my first watch purchase about exactly one month ago, experience with you guys.
So, like i said I've been lurking for months, trying to figure out what timepiece I wanted to purchase, especially because I've never owned a watch my whole life, So i thought i'd get myself something on the nicer side, that can pull double duty as a work/night out timepiece.
After browsing for about two weekends in actual stores. All the salespeople were extremely knowledgable and helpful, esp. @ Omega and Breitling and I tried on about a dozen different makes, but the feel and look of this one felt right, so i had to buy it. I ended up with a SOH 46 Chrono.

All in all, I grow fonder of this piece everyday, You can really feel the quality of this watch. I dont know enough yet to write a full review, but hopefully one day i can.
Just wanted to thank everyone on here for all the info and pics.
Im already planning my next buy hahaha.
